You can permanently delete your Hevra account and associated personal data.
Option 1 — In the app (fastest)
- Open Hevra and sign in.
- Go to Profile → Account → Delete account.
- Confirm. You need an internet connection. This deletes your cloud account and clears local app data.
Option 2 — Web / email request
If you cannot use the app, email privacy@hevra.fitness from the same email address on your Hevra account with the subject “Delete my Hevra account”. Include your account email so we can verify the request.
We process verified deletion requests and erase or anonymize personal data from active systems within 30 days (backups may take up to 90 days to expire). See our Privacy Policy for retention details.
Subscriptions
Deleting your Hevra account does not cancel Apple App Store or Google Play subscriptions. Cancel Elite in your store account settings under Subscriptions.
